SHORT FILM - To Catch A Bunyip
Feeling overwhelmed by her father's absence and her mother’s ongoing battle with Parkinson’s disease, 10-year-old Emma withdraws into the world of Bunyips. She studies everything about them and believes their magic might help her mum get well.
Her older sister Abby has a more practical attitude for supporting the family and wants Emma to help with chores. But instead, she spends her time exploring the local billabong where she believes the bunyip lives. Her faith in bunyip magic and its power to heal is unshakable. Will Emma be able to find the creature from Aboriginal mythology?
